Co-op Assistants

Are you a high school or college student looking to gain experience in the banking and finance industry? Superior National Bank can offer you that opportunity! We hire students for Co-op Assistant positions across all departments and locations, which can give you experience in just about every aspect of banking.

Hours are flexible and dependent on the department needs: possibility of up to 40-hours during summer and school breaks, and part-time hours that are flexible around your class schedule during the school year.

High School students: If your school has a Career and Technical Education (CTE) option for course credit and release during the school day, this is a wonderful option for you to gain experience prior to college enrollment!
