Update Personal Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details held at Superior National Bank and Trust Co (SNB) are correct and up-to-date. If information does not match, this can prevent you from gaining Online Banking access, opening additional accounts, and can stop SNB Debit card transactions from processing.

Please use the following avenues to update your information:

  • If you have MySNB Online Banking access-Log in and navigate to the Customer Service tab. You can update your phone numbers and email address under Manage contact information and/or request an address change under Change address.
  • Navigate to our website www.snb-t.com. Select Forms and Disclosures and then Change of Address Form. Print, fill out and return to any SNB office or mail to P.O. Box 450, Hancock MI 49930.
  • Contact or visit your local branch.
  • All name changes should be taken care of at your local branch due to the information needed and the additional forms and disclosures that need to be generated.
