Current Openings

Chief Information Officer

Leads IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization. Responsible for the annual development of the IT strategic plan and aligning IT goals to those of the organization.

Primary duties:
•    Plans, organizes and oversees all technology, banking systems and telecommunications initiatives and related activities for the Bank including vendor management, outsourcing, application development or selection.  •    Responsible for day-to-day operations of all systems and telecommunications and acts as the primary liaison to all system vendors
•    Ensures system and data security, integrity and control, including compliance with regulations promulgated by the FFIEC related to information technology and cyber security.  
•    Responds in a timely manner to audit and regulatory agency findings as they relate to information technology and operations functions.  Serves as the primary liaison to regulators for all IT/Operations examinations.
•    Primary advocate for a customer centric technology vision with particular focus on transforming the customer experience.
•    Ensures that all corporate systems are fully utilized in alignment with the business goals of the bank.  
•    Enhances overall use of data analytics and system reporting.
•    Keeps current with bank system and technology changes, telecommunication advances and advises senior management on ways to keep current and take advantage of new technology.
 
Job Skills, Qualifications or Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
•    Ten or more years of progressively responsible IT management experience in a financial services environment
•    Three of more years of experience in a senior management position
•    Proven ability to work in concert with regulators
•    Extensive knowledge of IT risk management and planning
