The position will assist with commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans. Primary emphasis will be typing, processing, and maintaining all loan files. This position will also assist in the servicing of all loan customers. In addition, this position will assist with scanning and other duties as assigned.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required
The applicant must have proficient computer and typing skills, knowledge of software applications (i.e. Word and Excel), outstanding customer service skills, and professionalism in person, on the phone, and in written correspondence. In addition, the applicant must be able to handle all cash transactions, balance, have a high degree of accuracy and speed in their work, handle customer issues, and perform all other duties as assigned and/or necessary. The candidate must work well independently, learn quickly, follow directions, and work well and agreeably with branches and departments. It may be necessary to prove computer competency through testing.
