Chief Credit Officer

Summary: Responsible for overseeing the Bank’s credit infrastructure to help ensure that loans are originated and managed in a prudent and sound manner and in adherence with applicable laws and established Bank policies. Responsible for overall regulatory compliance of the Bank’s loans and lending functions. Implements procedures and monitors activity to assess the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio and recommends further enhancements to control levels of risk. Recommends credit policies for approval by the Board of Directors.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 7-10 years of experience in loan pricing, credit administration, underwriting, real estate loan underwriting, loan closing, problem asset management and portfolio management in a financial environment
  • Strong background in commercial, residential and consumer lending
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising staff
