Trust Operations Associate

Summary: Support the Trust Department by processing cash requests, trade advices, and other operational needs, as assigned, to ensure accurate daily operations continue in a timely manner.

Position is 24-30 Hours/Week - Benefits Eligible

Major duties & responsibilities:

  • Process customer cash in/out requests as needed to include transfers to/from bankside, ACH, wires, checks
  • Pay client’s expenses as directed either online or by check
  • Update manual prices for various securities
  • Create, acknowledge, and complete alerts for accounts as needed
  • Create and maintain accounts on our system, and document support as needed to include filing and scanning customer account documents
  • Process trade advices and I-Letters for customer signatures
  • Answer phone as necessary
  • Cross train for the Operations Coordinator position and be the regular back-up for scheduled or unscheduled time-off
  • System training as needed
  • Understand and follow bank/department regulations, policies, and procedures, and participate in all compliance-related training
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of in-house training program
